Power assisted steering systems
LS has developed a power assisted steering system specifically designed for outboard motors and inboard motor boats.
The design of this product allows for a very smooth steering feel. The use of a brushless motor which is only activated when needed, ensures minimal noise generation and lower electric consumption. The power pack integrates the autopilot functionality and is compatible with the major market players.
The power assist unit can be installed on new steering installations or as an easy retro-fit to existing systems. It is installed into the hydraulic steering circuit between the helm pump and steering cylinder. The power assist unit is available on 12 or 24V. It can be used on boats with multiple engines and rudders, multiple steering stations.
In the event of a power failure, the system automatically switches to manual mode, allowing you to continue sailing in complete safety without losing steering control.
The flexibility, precision and low number of turns of the LS 3500 ASS/30 CC hydraulic power steering system give it unrivalled precision and steering comfort.

Débit fixe de 2,5 à 18 L/mn.
Destinées aux gros bateaux de plaisance,de pêche et de servitude.
